Concept design for - THE TOP SECRET - " CURLING POLICE "

I painted a lot of concept design for the movie "TOP SECRET (2016)" directed by Keishi Otomo . this is the OUT TAKE, but I hope you like this! because At first , I thought about that dystopia city TOKYO . Looks like it was fossilized and dead brain . sure the city's transportation network has been cut off for the Rising the area of the sea .therefor The ground of TOKYO had already been depressed . It's ironically .. DYSTOPIA TOKYO was full of water. This police car machine's similar curling . The surface is very hard .looks like a stone . but The curling body can flout on the waterway.
